The Stills are a Canadian rock band out of Montreal. Their more recent albums haven't had the same #1 hits as the earlier efforts, but this is a pretty cool video.

Directed by Benjamin Weinstein, the music has an incredibly romantic sound, and the video shows a small town kid making his way up to the big city - which in this vid represents "the riot". Man, I hope they didn't make those kids actually go into the water.
